The prices quoted are for the whole chalet.

To reserve the property the client must pay the booking deposit which is 25% of the rental cost. This deposit is non-refundable. Once payment has been received the owners will confirm the booking reservation.

The balance of the total cost is payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received, the owners reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. 

Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

A fully refundable security deposit of 300 euros for each booking is required against breakages as well as damage to the property and its contents. The security deposit minus any amount deemed appropriate by the management team will be refunded to the client two weeks after their rental period has finished.

The rental period shall commence at 16:00 on the day of arrival and finish at 10.00 on the day of departure.

The maximum number of guests to reside in the property should not exceed 8 people.

No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the chalet.

No pets are allowed.
